Invitation to Create with Buttons

After issuing the challenge to "create art with buttons," I put out some Sharpie markers, random assortment of buttons, old magazines, scissors, glue, and my current go-to art supply (fast drying solid tempera paint) and we got creating.
(Note: If you follow me on Instagram you'll see that I tend to favor bright colors and white backgrounds. If you're expecting my real life to look like that, you'll be sorely disappointed. As much as I love my IG feed, you can see below that real life is certainly nothing like that!)
We created side-by-side while the baby slept. Here are some of the fun pieces of button collage art that we came up with!
