Over the years I've done several origami / kirigami / paper snowflake / paper manipulation crafts. But this one is definitely my favorite. The Yodas turn out soooo cute. Plus, I love that the same set of directions can be used to make 2 completely different characters!
And one random note- have you read the Origami Yoda book series? I heard it was popular and peeked at it... but it's too hard for my eldest. It's on my "to-read" list for when I get a teensy bit more sleep. But I'm really curious. If you or your child has read it, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
How to Fold an Origami Yoda
Make them, you must! (Tee hee hee)
(This way you'll get tilted ears instead of ones that point straight up.)
And once you finish folding the face and body, tape them together and add details with Sharpie markers!
That's it!
- Yoda Hooded Bath Wrap
- R2D2 Measuring Cup Set
- Star Wars Party Masks
- Star Wars Wall Decals
- R2D2 Thermos
- R2D2 Lunch Box
- Storm Pooper Onesie
- Lego Darth Vader Clock
Happy making, friends!
