My littlest LOVES unicorns and I have a growing appreciation for unicorn crafts. So this card was a match made in crafting heaven.
First, I traced my son's hand onto a piece of Colored Paper.
Then, I cut the handprint out.
Then, I cut out a strip of green paper that was the same width as my card. My son "cut out" the strands of grass. (Scissor skills time!)
We glued on the handprint unicorn and grass using a glue stick. Then, we cut up some bright colored star paper and post-it notes to create a colorful mane and tail. We also glued those on with our glue stick.
Then, we used a marker to add the details and words. We also used a star puncher to punch out some stars.
Hope you enjoy this craft and have a wonderful Mother's Day.
Happy creating, friends!
