If you've been around the kids crafting block, you've probably already tried your hand with those sun catcher making kits that you can purchase online.
Well, today's craft gives you similar-looking results... (and you don't need to spend a cent.)
It's true! Here's what you need:
Materials Needed:
- Plastic Food Container (Washed and Dried)
- Sharpie Markers
- Pair of Scissors
How To Make Easy Homemade Suncatchers with kids!
1. Grab your plastic container and cut it so that you have nice flat sheets of plastic.
2. Then, grab your black Sharpie Marker and doodle away!
3. FLIP YOUR PLASTIC SHEET OVER. Color in your design with colorful Sharpies. (It's really important that you flip the plastic over. This way your black Sharpie "leading" won't smear.)
4. Cut out your homemade sun catchers and then tape them onto your window!
That's it!
