We love a good cardboard craft! (In fact, I even wrote a series of cardboard craft books a few years back!) So of course, we had to make a Halloween-themed cardboard craft. :) Have you ever seen those spooky portraits? You know, the ones where the eyes seem to follow you wherever you go? Well, here's an easy way to make some creepy moving eye portraits with the kids. You just need a cereal box and a few other materials to make this cute and easy Halloween craft!

How to Make this Spooky Moving Eye Craft
2. Cut out
- 1 moving piece (It should be shaped like an "I." The portrait's width should fit inside the shape. And the middle portion should be wide enough to cover your eye holes.)
- 2 cardboard pieces (Your 2 pieces should be longer than the middle part of the "I" cardboard. They will hold the "I" piece in place.)
3. Tape your moving "I" piece and two cardboard strips like this (Cover the eyeholes)
4. Now let's draw our eyes. Push your moving "I" piece all the way to the right. Draw 2 eyes.
5. Push the moving "I" piece to the left. And draw one new right eye. Now it will look like the cat's eyes follow you wherever you go. Creepy, right?
Hope you enjoy this quick last-minute Halloween craft!
Happy making, friends!
