How to Make a Pop-up Minecraft Paper craft with kids
Materials Needed:
- Pink Paper
- Green Paper
- Scissors
- Markers + Crayons
How to Cut and Fold Pop-up Minecraft Creepers and Pigs
(You can also watch a video tutorial of me doing the craft on IG.)
1. Cut a normal sheet of colored computer paper into 4 equal rectangles.
2. Fold one of the rectangles in half.
3. Cut two identical slits on the folded side.
4. Push the tab created from the cut slits upwards. (You are creating crease lines that will help you fold the pop-up portion later.)
5. Unfold your paper.
6. Fold your paper in half again, but this time, slide / push your tab so that it's stuck between the top and bottom sheets of paper. Press down on all your folds to create nice, crisp edges.
7. Ta-da! Open up your fold and you should see a pop-up rectangle.
8. Decorate your creeper and pig.
