Let's Make a Paper Dragon!
1. Print out your printable.
2. You can either decorate the printable first and then cut out and assemble the pieces. Or, you can cut everything out first and then decorate.
I was making a whole bunch of dragons for kids, so I cut and assembled the dragons first so the children could paint them and then take them home.
To assemble the wings, slide the wing through the slit, fold in half, staple it, and then fold the wings down.
I slid out the legs while we decorated our dragon to make it a bit easier for little hands. Once the watercolor paint dried, we used Sharpies to add lovely details.
And that's it! These guys can fly or stand!
Hope you have fun making these with your kiddos too.
Happy creating and connecting!
